|Using this setup, each user operates their own microphone. The technician is able to dictate how many microphones can be live at any time and if each microphone should deactivate if not in use. The technician can also give override control to the chairman, enabling him to deactivate all other microphones at the touch of a button. As well as providing audio reinforcement, many customers find that these microphones help to keep order during a meeting.|
|This setup automatically makes a microphone louder if it is being used. The technician has the same controls as previously described, but the user does not need to press a button. This is often useful in a situation where an event is being recorded.|
|Wireless Conference Microphones||£40 each|
|These offer the same functionality as the wired system but with considerably less set up time. This is especially true for large system or rooms with more complex layouts. These battery powered units will last all day and a re ideal for interactive discussions in a large room.|
